This form is used to make a nomination for the Southwest Wisconsin Rainbow Alliance Board of Directors. The board works together to further the mission and goals of the Rainbow Alliance.
The nominating committee will meet after December 15, 2021, and nominations will be preferred by that date. The final date for nominations to be received at the SWRA email (rainbowalliance608@gmail.com) or by a nominating committee member is December 31, 2021.
